Welcome to the website of Zupy Sport, a company that supplies premium sports equipment and accessories, favourable business conditions and constantly available online contact for further information about our products and services. We guarantee to protect the personal information you provide us with when you register and purchase through our website. The general terms and conditions of the www.football-jumpeak.com website have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), CCIS recommendations and international codes for e-commerce. The www.football-jumpeak.com website is managed by the company Zupy Sport, whose activities are covered by the general terms and conditions, consumer rights and professional relationship between the Zupy Sport company and the purchaser.
2. Liability
In managing the site, Zupy Sport will ensure that the information contained in these pages is always up to date and accurate (corporate identity, contact address, the essential characteristics of products and services, price and availability of products, conditions for product delivery or service execution, method of payment and validity of offers, complaints process). Zupy Sport reserves the right to change the content of its websites at any time, in any manner, for any reason and without notice. Neither Zupy Sport nor any other legal or natural person involved in creating the www.football-jumpeak.com website shall be liable for any damage that may result from accessing the site and the use of or inability to use information on the website (e.g., occasional server failures) or for any errors or omissions in its contents. The published contents do not have the character of an official document, except where specifically stated. The www.football-jumpeak.com website also contains links to other natural and legal persons for which the control Zupy Sport company is not responsible. Information supplied by a user/purchaser via forms on the site www.football-jumpeak.com or otherwise (by phone, by e-mail etc.) are strictly confidential and are treated in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Slovenia.
4. Orders
Orders made on the www.football-jumpeak.com website are confirmed when the customer receives an automatic email message acknowledging receipt of the order, which does not mean that the product is in stock or that the delivery is in progress, but is merely notification to the customer that the system has received an order and that the delivery process can begin. The order is confirmed on the part of Zupy Sport once the payment terms for the purchase have been met. If you do not receive a pro forma invoice via e-mail for the product you have ordered, please immediately contact Zupy Sport.
5. Prices
Prices are published in the official Zupy Sport price list. Prices listed on the www.football-jumpeak.com website represent the official price list. Value-added tax is charged to the purchaser. The prices and rebates listed on the www.football-jumpeak.com site only apply to orders made through the Internet. For every purchase, the prices and rebates listed at the time of confirmation of the order apply. Prices and rebates for selected goods or services are as at the date of purchase, i.e. the date of concluding and sending the order on the www.football-jumpeak.com site. Prices apply FCO from the retailer's warehouse. If the product is not in stock, there may be changes in the price, of which the buyer receives prior notification.
6. Methods of payment
Payment shall be made in advance on the basis of offer or estimate.
When ordering a product or service you will receive an invoice to the e-mail address you provided upon registration, containing all the details for payment: payment amount, bank account, reference and purpose of payment. Payment by means of the proforma invoice, you pay for merchandise with a universal payment order. The fastest and easiest way to pay the UPN is via your online bank (Banka IN, NLB - Klik, Abanet, bank@Net, etc.), but also at any bank or post office. After the completion of payment you can send us the proof of payment to our e-mail address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., because all the quotes are considered information only until the confirmation of payment. This will allow for faster processing of your orders. The pro-forma invoice must be paid within 8 days, failing which the contract shall be cancelled. Your order becomes valid when it is sent; the prices are as per the date of dispatch of orders. The ordered products will be sent after the proforma invoice is paid ; you will be notified about this by e-mail.
7. Delivery
The entire equipment (comprising three devices) will be supplied in two packages. Delivery normally takes place through the company General Logistics Systems Slovenia, for which we charge the amount of fifteen euros (€ 15.00) per order. The prices indicated apply to Slovenia only.
For packets of smaller dimensions the delivery costs are lower – you will be informed when you order them.
On the customer's request, deliveries can also be made through other providers of such services (Pošta Slovenije d.d., Intereuropa d.d., TNT Slovenija etc.). Goods can also be delivered by express mail or abroad (for more information and delivery prices please contact us prior to making an order).
Zupy Sport is not liable for any delays that may occur on the part of the deliverer.
8.Delivery time
For products in stock, the delivery of goods takes place the next working day (for orders made before 10 am), calculated from the date of the placed order and completed payment of the invoice. For products not in stock, the delivery time is reflected in the offers on the www.football-jumpeak.com website. In any case, the customer will be notified by e-mail about the delivery time of products not in stock. In the case of critical stocks (last item), the delivery is made to the buyer who is the first to order the product. Other buyers are informed of the subsequent delivery date.
9. Damage during transport
When accepting the delivery, the buyer is required to inspect its contents. By signing the delivery note the buyer confirms the quantity and type of goods received. No subsequent complaints regarding the quantity and type of goods will be considered. In the event of damage to the consignment, the buyer needs to make a claim for the entire delivery (package, protective packaging, products) to the deliverer, who is obliged to settle the complaint at his own expense if its responsibility is demonstrated. Zupy Sport must also be informed about the damage to the consignment. Deliveries with a redemptory price are not accepted.
10. Warranty
All products marketed by Zupy Sport have a manufacturer's or importer's warranty (e.g. Derby Star balls) and guaranteed service and spare parts in Slovenia. General warranty terms and provisions provided in the annexes of individual goods apply to the purchased goods. Proof of purchase is considered as a warranty card in case the warranty card is not supplied at the time of delivery.
Zupy Sport ensures that products do not have any design, manufacturing, material or functional defects at the time of dispatch. In the event of the failure of a product, please contact us immediately. In the event of any defects occurring during the warranty period, the purchaser must notify us by e-mail at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with a record of complaint (called a Defect Report). The defect must be clearly and unambiguously described in the record of complaint. The purchaser must, when invoking the guarantee, deliver the equipment along with the guarantee certificate and supply order, indicating the date of delivery, serial number of the product and the warranty period for the individual items.
11. Right to withdraw from the purchase, return of goods
A purchaser has a right to return the acquired goods without any compensation due to an inherent defect if the defect is reported immediately (within one (1) business day). Goods are replaced within 8 working days of acquisition, at prices reduced by 10%. In the event of an error caused by Zupy Sport in issuing the goods, they will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. They must also be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or invoice.
Returns are not possible where the product has already been used.
12. Damage
Zupy Sport is not responsible for:
- any damage caused by improper use, negligent behaviour or mechanical damage
- if an unauthorised person has interfered with the product or if it is found that anyone has interfered with the product without our written permission
- the unauthorised, inappropriate addition of parts to the construction sets
- damage arising from the use of other items that do not belong to the original equipment
- injuries resulting from the interference of foreign persons

13. Final provisions
Zupy Sport can change the general terms and conditions or price lists without the prior consent of the user/purchaser. In the event the user/purchaser does not agree with the modified terms and conditions or price lists, they may terminate the contractual relationship. The parties agree that any disputes will be resolved by agreement and in communication with each other. In the case of an inability to reach an agreement within 2 months, the Court in Koper, Slovenia is deemed appropriate to resolve the dispute. All legal relations in connection with these terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia.
